The EliFIT app is designed exclusively for those participating in the EliFIT exercise support program. This app can only be used by patients enrolled into the EliFIT program.
The app will provide:
- Customised fitness programs
- Tracking for the completion of the exercise program
- Exercise videos demonstrating each technique
